ROCKS (WHISTLER).
Some are covered with moss, others look rusted with their ochre pigment... And most of them look like shifting tectonic plates, fractured by fault lines.
Some of the photos below were taken up close, others from the height of chairlifts. Yet, it's almost impossible to get a proper sense of scale... Some of those rocks were massive boulders at the edge of trails, other parts of huge cliffs. And all drew me in for their powerful presence – and their amazing colours, textures and shapes.
